I have studied a mix martial arts from AMAUS eastern they were a mixed Martial arts and also took some self defence from other places before that but wasn;t nerly as good, Heres a list of all i have took:  Taekwondo,Karate,Dragon Kung Fu,Jujitsu and Kempo/Kenpo

I was teaching for quite some years but got enjored so i have been taking a leave for sometime now, When i go back and teach for about 8 more months I will be able to get my 5th degree black belt, I can;t wait to get back into it lol.
