Title: So Much for Castle Crasher

Blog Entry: Well... I can thank my roommate for messing up the fun. Well the girl decided to join in on Castle Crasher. So both me and him chose other characters so we didn't have the unfair advantage of "I'm level 20, he's 18, and your level 1." So we were going for a while and managed to get to a stop point. We were ok, but they had left. Well the next day, no one was here. Now as I've mentioned, I'm pretty sure my places I've been to is rather limited to... there hasn't been much of any. So I decided to take another character and originally, my intention was with that character to just level him to 10 and use him for my the 3 player co-op. Unfortuantly, I ended up finding out about how he is the key to unlocking the Ninja that I want (Complete with Fire main character, you get Fire Demon. Complete Fire Demon you get Ninja), so I decided to continue onward. I stopped at level 20. The next day, Me and my roommate had to go off to some place (Just due to personal reasons, I won't say where) to help a friend get his entertainment center re-done. I agreed mostly because it got me away from the apartment to go some place else. I gained some money out of it. After we left, we came back here. Now my roommate talked about getting a shower done on the way back to the apartment. I figured I'd take one because of all the dust that was on me (Quite a bit of dust was on the old entertainment center) and he had some woodchips and some dust on him. We take a shower, or so I thought we both took a shower. I get out and he wasn't even around. I figured I knew where he was going. So once again, stuck here with no place to go and no one to be around with. So what more could I think of? Well, I had no other place to go to since I couldn't, so I had to think of ways to entertain myself. At first I decided to play some Audiosurf. Got a hold of one of my friends who was off this week and I felt bad for him cause he was apparently sick all week so the break that we got from school apparently didn't work soo well for him. After enough talking, I decided to play Castle Crasher cause I was bored and had nothing else to do. Tried inviting people over, but either they had no rides or to do a quick come over for only 1-2 and a half hours and then leave would use more gas than necessary (1 of my friends lives at least about half an hour away by car) and besides, some had to be in the school early in the morning. So I played Castle Crasher by myself. I was on the game and managed to get to the final battle. As I was beating the final battle... my roommate pops in finally. He looks and says "Oh, you couldn't just wait?" and I'm like "You couldn't stay around? Besides, I couldn't go anywhere or do anything over the past few days so what else could I do?" His response? "And you couldn't just wait for us?" I just went back to my game and almost lost the battle, but barely scraped by. So he decided to watch AND spoil himself on the ending. So I beat it. I go ahead and end the game session so I could get ready for bed. The girl text me asking if I'm still ok for going to the school tomorrow to get my books for the new semester. I say its fine, but I need to drop by the bank to get the money deposited. Next day comes... he couldn't remember that she was coming over here to pick me up. So he was tired because he was playing a game to early in the morning (I heard it for a while). Apparently, he made a promise to her that he would go to bed and have a full night's sleep which of course he didn't do. So while I'm in the car with her, I mention about Castle Crasher and mentioning ONLY that I was going over some parts that had the pets I was collecting and missed as well as weapons. She said "Yea, well he told me that you beat the game. I guess I won't be playing it now." When it comes to games, she is a weird one for a gamer and in RPG's, she apparently will restart a game just so she can remember the reasons of doing what ever she did to that point and why even if she is 75% through the game (even if it had like... taken 50+ hours to get to that point) and this is for games that its been like 3+ months that she last played. When it comes to games that she plays WITH people from the beginning, she wants to play to the end with the people. And as long as she don't find out that any of them continued on without her, she'll continue playing that same game with them. To someone like me, I won't do that nor will I spoil any major story stuff unless the person requests it and doesn't care at all about the spoiler. Well, thanks to my roommate, thats even more lesser time that she's over here except for Saturdays for our weekly show event. It makes me wonder what will happen in the future when our show is completed... Well, I guess thats it. Tonight, I go to a fire dance show and then some Nerf Wars with all the new players and such. I will have fun since it will be the most I've done in a while that didn't involve working to get some entertainment. Later!
