I had a random panic attack this morning.... maybe i had low blood sugar, idk, didnt feel comfortable eating breakfast so I skipped... I regret doing so.

So... about a week ago, my mom asked me if I've been having my period regularly.
The thing is... I haven't had my period in about 8 months.
My sister told me that it's normal for girls my age to have missed periods... But my mom said it could be something bigger than just that.
She believes it's my Thyroid gland, but we're not sure yet. She's going to make an appointment to see a doctor sometime soon.
