OK i cant update my backround!!! But everyone else has!!! (well quite few people have) so i came to the conclusion that citizen is trying to torture me!!!! cuzzzzzzzz i cant change my BG!!!!!!  WHY CITIZEN WHY!!!>>???? WHY TORCHER ME!!!!??????....

???...well umm mine works...I think if the file is too big it will just void the fact that u want to upload it...try a smaller pic...if thats the problem. Also if u upload one and change it, it will be the same pic as before, for that just remove the BG completely then upload another one a few hours laterz...

What exactly are you trying to do to your background? B/c it is really easy to just add an image to it or other things along those lines. A little more information onto why it is not working would help.
