Let me tell you of Amanda for a minute. Everything I am, she is too. Everything I'm not, she is. In my eyes, she is the vision of perfection. The problem? She is in love with another guy. Well actually, this is another story I'd rather not get into right now. Lets just say I haven't contacted her in quite some time due to my uneasiness with handling her boyfriend. That is to say, like her too much to hang around her boyfriend.

The daydream starts with me visiting her on my last day before leaving for college. I am to live on campus, and I'm getting my last rounds in with everyone before I leave. I decide that this might be the last time I see her, so I wanted to buy her a gift. The gift was a single Tinted Blue Daisy, my favorite flower. On my way to her house, I began to think about how much I would miss her. Her quirky grace and soft touch, too much to waste.
I arrive in her driveway and she is standing outside to visit me. I cutely put the flower behind my back and approach her. "I'll miss you" I said, "close your eyes, I have something for you". Then, she said "what is it?", to which I replied, "just shut your eyes before I shut them for you".
I meet her lips with my own, kissing her slightly, then whisper to her stunned emotions, "I needed to do that, even if it was just once". I present her the flower and she runs into the house without taking it. I leave the flower on her door step and drive away.
