Freshman orientation was meh. My high school is made up of five or so different buildings...Luckily, my classes are all in one building, just between floors. My schedule is as follows:
- Magnet Chemistry
- Computing in the Modern World
- Literature
- French II
- Public Safety
Yes, five classes for the entire day. School starts Monday.
Just open up a fresh jar of MEHsauce and dump it all over my day.
In better news, I got Counter-Strike: Source and Day of Defeat: Source yesterday from Circuit City. The disc actually included some Half-Life 2 stuff that I had gotten for free before. But I was really only in it for CS:S. To top things off, I finally got Garry's Mod to work. I just have to use the Vaio in my basement, since it's the only computer in my house that's good enough to run games that doesn't have an intel graphics card. Even better, Jon set up a private, password-protected server for us and a couple of our friends. Because nothing can f*ck up your day more than some random guy from 4Chan flooding your map with goatse. So, Garry's Mod + Team Fortress 2 + Counter-Strike: Source + Day of Defeat: Source = Awesomesauce.
