Just got bailed out of county last night, post was set at $50,000 but it got dropped to $2,500 due too a very good lawyer. Assault on 2 officers, Resisting, assault with a wep, gang enhancement/affiliation, drunk in public, And multiple Probation violations (i get 1 violation added on to each of the charges). O yea not to mention they are trying to get me with Aiding in a homicide shooting because the card we were driving had plates that where registered in a different crime. They were going to try and screw me over. I never want to go back, they keep u on 23Hr lock down. The only time u get out is 30mins for food (15 for breakfast at 5a.m. and 15 for dinner at 2p.m.), 15mins for showers and another 15min of dead time (the time u spend standing around outside of ur cell waiting for a C.D. (correctional Deputy) to check you and let u go eat or shower or watever. sometimes if ur unite acts good they let u out on the yard but thats rare.
man it feels good to be out, i have my court date on the 28th. Should I go on the run or appear? If i appear they will try and give me 4-10 years (wich i can fight but have a very slim chance of winning) or i could make a run for it and have a warrant (wich counts as another violation of probation, meaning thats 6 extra months minimum).
