Nerf battle awsomeness
Posted On 09/06/2008 12:56:42 by zapoqx

So the Fire show was awesome! I felt bad for one of my 2 friends up on stage.  He spent alot of time working on a few specific moves.  In the first minute and a half, he was fine.  Fantastic actually.  Then at one point, he drops the staff (yes, its an on fire staff).  So I figured that it would still work out.  Unfortunatly, he dropped the staff 3 more times so he gave up and felt disappointed that it failed.  I felt bad for him about that, but hopefully tonight at the other place he'll be at with my other friend doing basically the same show over, it will be right and better and he'll feel more satisfied if it works.  My other friend there that performed, I thought she was joking about the talks of a goth lolita outfit.  She wasn't.  She actually wore it and brought the Teddy bear for the performance.  I'll tell you a messed up moment in the nerf wars section.

I then went to "Nurf Warz" (no its not a mispelling, that is what the group calls themselves).  It was interesting doing N00bz vs Vets rounds.  It occured to me that these noobs were actually smarter than previous noobs before.  They actually did things correct.  But then again, the noobs had like 6 of those vulcan guns ready.  During one of the rounds, my friend I mentioned earlier in the goth lolita outfit, she came out of the bathroom changed into a more normal outfit from her fire dance outfit.  While doing so, I look over, I was in a safe area, but the way she wanted to go was through a battle zone and darts flying everywhere.  I tell her that I was surprised that she wasn't joking about the goth lolita outfit and that in a way, it was scary seeing that outfit on her as I thought more of one of those "I'm innocent" and then uses a butcher's knife to kill you like from those horror films.  She then comes over, puts a small hug on me, says "Oh come on, you know you just want me." and slides her hand from one shoulder, across my chest and then to the other shoulder.  In a moment of being stunned, a nerf dart that missed me by like 3 inches to the left wisked past me and I'm like "ok... that was just down right messed up."  She laughs and then walks off.

However, if you'd like to know, my kill count: 15.  The Air Conditioning  was really hurting my longshot darts from connecting to their targets.  It would go, almost work, and then make some new path that would be completly different from its original path.

Oh I like to mention this.  So if anyone knows of Crunchtime Games (company name), they are one of the companies that get my school's graduated students for working there.  I like to point out that they had a game released called Shred Nebula.  Its a rather good job consisting of part UAT students and part others.  If you have a 360, go and try it out sometime.

Well thats it for now.  There really isn't anything to say about the roommate this time since he really didn't do much other than a minor thing of the joke about being screwed.  "And these specters came out of no where and screwed me.  Twice! Twice!!" she says (yes, it was on a game that she was talking about).  He says "Only twice?" with a smirk on his face.

I have a feeling, if she and him end up breaking up... it would be her doing so... but the thing that gets me... what would happen to her when it comes to relationships after the breakup.  I'm sure many people remember their first one the most.

Well thats it.  later!
