Break time
Posted On 11/13/2008 01:06:17 by BIGMercenary

It seems like everywhere I turn on the internet (except GBio) I'm making somebody mad by either outright telling them they're an idiot for making BS comments about something or using too much sarcasm. And all of my "old friends" aren't on anymore or don't even care to talk.

I might take a REAL break soon.

My health has been going even more downhill. When I weighed myself I was over 300. I'm tired of felling like every chair I sit in is about to break and I'm constantly getting headaches from my bad eating habits.

Thing is if I tell my parents I want to try a diet they'll never support me. Which leaves it up to just plain exercising which I just flaout don't have the strength or patience for.

My eyes have also been hurting a lot lately. Another reason to ease off the internet is that I have about 4 or 5 books that I haven't read yet.

I also need to get my sleep pattern right again. Lack of sleep then napping is throwing me off.

I just went ahead and set up status messages. I'll see you all whenever. Probably when I feel better.

Keep Playing.

Thanks for the suggestions but I've decided to skip sodas, snacking, and large-sized fast foods. I know I said I'd take a week from it all but I knew a lot of you would comment.

On a side note my brother got the convertor box working again so now I have a 360 to come back to. He found a way to crack it open and it was filled with dust. I cleaned it out and the picture actually looks a bit better than it did before.

I read the first quarter of one of my favorite books from the library today, I should be done with it in a few more. As for exercising: I'll start on that tonight. Do a few sit-ups or something.

I'll come back in a week and let guys know if I feel any better. Later.

If you have any extra money, get a DVD called walk away the pounds. My sister got it when she started doing weight watchers and my mum uses it now. I've used it

They have different miles for different stages, but the lowest is 1 mile. You don't have to do the whole thing when you first start, but it's the simplest and easiest thing in the entire world and will help to lose some weight and get into shape. You don't need a lot of room to do it and it's all in the convience of your own home =]

i think fidgeting helps me lol, ive done it since i was younger

I guess it just depends on how you feel, i mean personally i dont mind beng big, and i like it, cause its who i am, now i would liek to be more HEALTHY, meaning be able to actually RUN, and have STAMINA, but i like being big.

As far as takeing a break goes, ive always kept in  mind what  my freind fom gamestop told me once.

When i was working there and i told her that i made a joke that this one guy didnt like and got mad about, she told me

"So what......if it was a joke its a joke, if someone cant take a joke than "F*&^k um"

And thats honestly what i do now, if someone cant take a joke, screw them, its just fun and games, they can live their lives all serous if they want to , but who the frek cares.

Especially with the IJJI community, oh my freaking goodness, those kids are the worst on the planet.....i tell them all day to stop whining and they jump on  me to, so frekum, who cares lol

the internet is a ghetto, so get your gun before you walk down that alley rofl

Funny you should mention losing weight....

A person on my speech class did a demonstration speech on how to be healthy.

Do this:

1. Have a good breakfast.  We're talking like have a large actual breakfast, not no coffee.

2. Have water the rest of the day

3. Fidget.  As he quotes: "Fidgeting has proven that you can burn 300-800 calories a day."

Who knew?
