It is the US release of the DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 game. Though, it has nothing to do with DBZ: Budokai series, still, Tenkaichi 2 stepped it up and the 3rd one sounds like it will be the final and most true to the series game. In a way though, it will be the last.
